About Keith
Keith Chu was a quiet, steady presence in the lives of everyone who knew him. On February 11, 2026, while walking home from work in Orlando, he was struck by a car. He passed the following morning at 43 years old, surrounded by family. He is survived by his two brothers and sister.
Keith lived with his two brothers, Kevin and Kenneth — the three of them shared an apartment in Baldwin Park and lived together their whole lives. Their sister Yvonne, brother-in-law Jacques, and their caregiver Lucia looked after them and kept the household together.
He worked at Publix for over twenty years, making it a large part of who he was. Keith was kind and had a large heart, caring deeply about his loved ones. He was a hard worker and enjoyed helping people and serving the community.
